The challenge

In today’s business world with fast-changing priorities and demands on your attention and energy, you need a complete system that can seamlessly move between e-mails, appointments, action reminders and reference notes in order to support you to be “ready for anything” at any time during the day!

MS Outlook CAN do all of this for you, and more…

A technology-based solution

In this unique workshop you will learn to

* develop a system with a coherent set of behaviours and tools that function effectively at the level at which work really happens
* incorporate the results of higher-level thinking as well as the smallest of details
* manage multiple tiers of priorities
* maintain control over hundreds of new inputs daily
* save a lot more time and effort than are needed to maintain it
* make it easier to get things done, allowing great flexibility for reassessing priorities in changing situations

Your workshop experience is immediately applicable and practical

You will bring your own “stuff” to the workshop and start implementing the Getting Things Done way of working on the spot. You will deal with what is happening in your life right now. You will get to know and apply the core self-management methodology for dealing effectively with the increased levels of communication, workflow and responsibilities facing today’s professionals.

During the workshop you will have access to Outlook on a dedicated computer. You will start managing your small projects more effectively by using Outlook as your “dashboard”, linking project planning with relevant documents created in MindManager, Word, Excel etc.

To this end you will have mind mapping software to use during the workshop as a brainstorming tool when planning your current projects.

Please bring a memory stick with you to the workshop, and at the end of the day you can take the work that you did during the workshop with you to be merged with your other active Outlook data on your work computer the next day. This creates a seamless transition between the workshop and the implementation at your desk.

You will not only experience the power of Outlook, you will also learn how to deal with the paper in your life much more efficiently.
