Values cut to the core of who we are. They are transferred from person to person via personal participation, emotion and organisational culture. But only worthwhile values anchored in action become living values which have the power to change behaviour.
Some organisations do this very successfully; their people become ‘brand believers,’ filled with a sense of purpose and commitment. These people are ‘on fire,’ they see what they do as having a real impact on the world. Would you like to feel like this? Would you like to learn how to help your organisation do this? Like most things it means acquiring a new perspective and gaining access to a set of skills. Families, countries, movements and organisations that successfully transfer liveable values do this by using a large variety of techniques, all of which can be learnt.
