Allon Raiz is the maverick entrepreneur who broke and re-wrote all the rules on traditional incubator models. Not only has he turned conventional incubation models on their heads, but he has also proven the success of his methodologies, over and over again, with a track record that has attracted the attention of, among others, Harvard Business School and the World Economic Forum.
In his interactive talk on “Intrapreneurship”, Allon tells the inspiring story of his own entrepreneurial journey and shares lessons learned. The talk enables audience members to analyse what it takes to be a successful entrepreneur, as well as how to harness intrapreneurial talent effectively within organisations.
Intrapreneurs are employee-entrepreneurs who work within an organisation to generate enterprise for the business, rather than create their own small business. Usually the most talented people in a company, intrapreneurs need to be nurtured and given the opportunity to grow. In this workshop, Allon shows you how to develop an intrapreneurial culture within your organisation.
In this session you will learn the following:
- How to identify intrapreneurial talent by recognition of key characteristics
- How to motivate and nurture intrapreneurs to grow
- How to create an environment that encourages intrapreneurial innovation and increased efficiency
- What elements are needed to develop a thriving intrapreneurial culture
