Some successful companies seem to easily and naturally provide perfect and memorable customer experiences in just about every transaction. Both managers and their people instinctively know that customer experiences are only as good as the actions, behaviours, infrastructure, systems and processes in place to guarantee success. The result? Delighted, excited and thrilled customers who seem to have fallen in love with the brand, and whose loyalty is legendary and keep coming back for more.
In this breakfast seminar Aki Kalliatakis will help you to identify what needs to happen:
When you can identify WHAT customer service actions lead to loyalty, HOW to deliver and monitor great customer service, and WHEN certain actions need to take place, then you can diagnose your current effectiveness – and plan for sensational accomplishment.
The seminar will help you to …
- Find out exactly what your customers want – even though they sometimes don’t know!
- Create a customer management strategy that will not only delight your customers – but also lead to loyalty and retention, financial success and reputational growth
- Inspire and motivate your people to do what they need to do
- Critically examine what you do to avoid “dumb contacts,” and list actions that will guarantee your success.
You will hear many examples of companies that win the adventurous game of customer care, and leave with a “secret” and practical diagnostic tool that you can use to create a snapshot of your customer-drivenness. Most importantly, you will also be able to devise dozens of actions that you can immediately implement to start on your heroic adventure to customer loyalty.
Empty promises, platitudes and slogans for customers may work in advertising, but they are voided unless they’re backed up by actions and attitudes that demonstrate that you sincerely care about your customers. You can create messages that make a difference, display real empathy for your customers and their needs, fears, and headaches, help them to achieve their dreams and desires, and create and maintain a culture and infrastructure in your business that will create enthusiastic brand fans – and have them begging for more.
