Your facilitator

Aki Kalliatakis founded The Leadership LaunchPad in 1989, a business that helps companies create loyal customers. He has all the right academic credentials, and has spoken at thousands of local and international conferences, with many global blue chip clients. 

But his energy and enthusiasm for customer care is obvious, and he is also a voracious reader and writer. With eight books under his belt, and hundreds of articles in management journals, he has also appeared on Southern African television and radio programmes like Business Day TV and Radio 702.

He is married with two young sons, and loves astronomy, the African bush and music. His dream as a young man was to play in a hard rock band, but instead he now sings in his church choir.
