Dunne Edelstein

Dunne studied both BSc Hons. Computer Science and MBA at The University of Cape Town. While he left his IT background behind for many years in QualityLife, he has recently gone back to his roots. Leveraging his IT knowledge, Dunne specialises in IT executive search and recruitment within QualityLife People. Founded in 2019 to add value to our network, Dunne’s gregarious nature is well-suited to this people-centric business, and he has found it to be the perfect extension of the existing QualityLife services.

Debby Edelstein

Creator of WeLead Circles, Debby Edelstein, is co-founder and CEO of leadership consultancy QualityLife Company. An experienced facilitator and curator of conversations, she has over 20 years of experience in leadership development, mentoring, coaching and consulting. Her WeLead Circle project was nominated (2019) for the Accenture Global Greater Than Awards in recognition for excellence in women’s leadership development. A graduate of Wits University, Debby is on the Advisory Board for TuksRes Women’s Leadership Academy at Pretoria University. She has shared the stage with thought leaders such as the late Anita Roddick, Margaret Wheatley and Thuli Madonsela.
