QualityLife Company was founded in Johannesburg, South Africa, in 2000. Husband-and-wife duo, Dunne and Debby Edelstein, co-founded the business and started working from their home office setup in 10th Avenue, Parkhurst. The company’s work first began with conferencing, starting with the development and organisation of The Soul of Business Conference, as well as public and bespoke, in-house workshops and breakfasts, and expanding into the Women’s Leadership Conference in 2011. With the central belief that when people connect, the world changes, our conferences aimed to connect interesting people, with the intention of instilling our clients love for the work that they do.
Today still, at the heart of our company is the belief in the close link between finding work you love and finding meaning and purpose. Our work with individuals, leaders and organisations helps them to maximise their existing talent and expertise, so that they can contribute to their core purpose in the most meaningful way.
